High School Summer Camp and Training

Nordic skiers are forged in the heat of summer and tempered in the frost of winter

 

 

Open to all returning Peak Nordic skiers who will be entering grades 9-12

TWO 1 week Camp Training Sessions with collegiate coaches

 Weekly workouts with Coaches from mid-June to early August

 Monday, June 28th – Wales Bike Trail

                        5:30-6:00pm – Welcome back!

                     6:00-7:30pm – Ski (Skate )

                       7:30  – The Let’s Get Roll’n Wienie roast

Tuesday, June 29th – Wales Bike Trail

                     6:00-8:00pm – Ski (Skate)

Wednesday, June 30th – Wales Bike Trail

                     6:00-8:00pm – Ski (Classic)

Thursday, July 1st – Wales Bike Trail

                     6:00-8:00pm – Ski (Classic)

Friday, July 2nd – Lapham Peak

            6:00-8:00pm – Bounding and Strength

               Video Analysis and More with Coach Mary and Coach Rick

Tuesdays at 6:00pm (Starting July 6th)

             Classic Technique with Coach Conner– Wales Bike Trail

Wednesdays at 6:00pm (Starting July 7th)

             Skate Technique with Coach Thomas  – Wales Bike Trail

Thursdays at 6:00pm (Starting July 8th)

                 Strength with Coach Roy – Lapham Peak (Bring running shoes and classic poles.)

 

Helmet and reflective vest or shirt required for all practices except Strength.  No helmet?  No reflective? No practice!
